Weekend School

Helping Our Children Know, Love, and Live Their Faith

Contact education@etcic.org for more information.

The ETCIC Weekend School is a place where children come together to learn, grow, build friendships, and strengthen their connection to Islam.

Our program provides a balanced foundation in Qur’anic and Islamic Studies, while creating opportunities for students to develop character, confidence, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging within their Muslim community.

What We Teach

Qur’anic Studies
Students develop their Qur’an reading and recitation skills through a progressive, level-based approach. Beginning with foundational Arabic reading and Qaida, students advance toward fluent recitation, Tajweed, and Qur’an memorization according to their ability and level.

Islamic Studies
Students learn the foundations of Islam through age-appropriate lessons covering Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, Islamic manners, character, and practical aspects of Muslim life.

Youth Development

Our youth workshops and activities help students build character, confidence, leadership, and life skills while addressing the challenges young Muslims face today.

What We Hope to Nurture

Our aim is not simply to teach children about Islam. It is to help them develop a relationship with Islam.

We want our students to:

  • Love Allah and His Messenger ﷺ
  • Build a lasting relationship with the Qur’an
  • Practice Islam with understanding and confidence
  • Develop strong character and good manners
  • Feel at home in the masjid
  • Build friendships rooted in brotherhood and sisterhood
It Takes All of Us
We believe children’s Islamic education is strongest when students, teachers, and parents work together.
Motivated Students + Caring & Knowledgeable Teachers + Dedicated Parents = Children Who Thrive

Thank you for entrusting your children to ETCIC Weekend School. We look forward to partnering with your family in helping our children grow in faith, knowledge, character, and confidence.

May Allah bless this effort, guide us, grant us tawfiq, and accept it from all of us. Ameen.
